These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PMV Shop website (pmvshop.com) and the software products sold through it — LeadFinder, RankRescue, and ADAShield (each a "Product"). The store and Products are operated by PMV Holdings LLC, doing business as PMV Digital Marketing ("PMV," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.
The Products are downloadable desktop software that run on your own computer (Mac or Windows). They assist with tasks such as finding local business leads, analyzing websites, and checking accessibility. Some Products require you to supply your own third-party API key (for example, a Google Places API key) to function; obtaining and paying for those third-party services is your responsibility, subject to those providers' terms.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a one-time, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that Product for your own business or agency use, on the number of devices permitted by your license key. You own your copy for as long as you wish to use it ("buy once, own forever") — there is no recurring or subscription fee for continued use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share your license key, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing of the software. Using a Product to deliver services to your own clients is permitted; redistributing the software itself is not.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, applicable sales taxes/VAT, and payment data; your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges.
Because Products are digital downloads, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through Lemon Squeezy in line with their refund policy. If a Product does not work as described, contact us at support@pmvdigitalmarketing.com and we will try to make it right. Several Products also offer a limited free demo mode so you can evaluate them before buying.
You agree to use the Products lawfully and responsibly. You are solely responsible for how you use any data, leads, or outreach the Products help you generate — including compliance with applicable laws and platform rules such as the CAN-SPAM Act, anti-spam and telemarketing regulations, data-protection laws, and the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g., Google, email providers). You may not use the Products to send unsolicited bulk spam, harass, or engage in any illegal activity.
The Products are tools that assist your work; they do not guarantee any specific outcome. We make no guarantee that you will find leads, land clients, rank higher, or earn any amount of money. In particular, ADAShield helps you improve and document website accessibility but does not guarantee legal compliance — no automated tool catches every accessibility issue, and its output is not legal advice or a warranty against claims. Estimates, sample figures, and revenue examples in the Products or on this site are illustrative only.
The Products, this website, and all related content, code, and branding are owned by PMV Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your license grants use of the software only; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
The Products and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that third-party data (e.g., from Google) will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMV Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PMV Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
