The payback math

One client pays for every tool on this page.

LeadFinder costs $249 once. One typical $497/mo website client it finds you is worth $5,964 in year one. Everything here is priced to be a rounding error against the first deal it lands.

Why one-time

Own your tools. Own your data.

The other guys rent you their software forever. We'd rather sell it to you once — the way software used to work.

Buy once, keep it

$199–$249 one time. No renewals, no seat fees, no "pro tier" wall. The license is yours for good.

Runs on your machine

Your leads live on your computer with your key — no cloud middleman holding your pipeline hostage.

Notarized & clean

Mac apps are signed and notarized with an Apple Developer ID (PMV Holdings LLC). Windows included.

Who builds these

Built by an agency, not a SaaS.

I'm Brian — I run PMV Digital Marketing, a small agency in Nevada. These three tools exist because my own team needed them: we use them every week to find local businesses, land clients, and deliver the work.

If a tool ever doesn't do what this page says, email me and I'll make it right. That's written into the terms — and it's my real name and inbox on the other end.

Before you buy

The questions everyone asks.

Is it really one-time? What's the catch?
Really one-time. You pay $199–$249 once and the license is yours. No renewal, no seat fees, no upsell wall. We make money when more agencies buy the tools — not by billing you forever.
Will my Mac or PC complain about installing it?
No. The Mac apps are signed and notarized with an Apple Developer ID (PMV Holdings LLC) — they pass Apple's security check and open with a normal double-click. Windows versions are included too.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email brian@pmvdigitalmarketing.com and we'll make it right — that's written into our terms, not just this page. You're buying from a real company with a real person answering that inbox.
Do I need to be technical?
If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use these. Download, double-click, paste your license key, type your city, hit scan. The tools write the outreach for you.
Which tool should I start with?
Build websites? LeadFinder. Sell SEO or Google Maps work? RankRescue. Want a service you can sell this week? ADAShield turns a ~$500 accessibility fix into a repeatable product.
Where does my data live?
On your computer. The apps run locally with your own key — no cloud middleman, no vendor mining your pipeline.
