Our Products run locally on your own machine using your own API keys. The businesses, leads, contact details, and any data you generate with the Products stay on your computer — they are not sent to or stored by us. We have no access to your lead lists or the data you collect.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — primarily Lemon Squeezy (payments/Merchant of Record) and Netlify (website hosting) — and only as needed to run the store. We may disclose information if required by law.
To confirm a license is valid, a Product may send your license key to Lemon Squeezy's licensing service when you activate it and periodically thereafter. This checks activation status only; it does not transmit your leads or personal data from within the app.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (such as your purchase record and support emails). Email support@pmvdigitalmarketing.com and we will respond. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

The Products and website are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
