This Privacy Policy explains how PMV Holdings LLC, doing business as PMV Digital Marketing ("PMV," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with the PMV Shop website (pmvshop.com) and our software products. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
Our Products run locally on your own machine using your own API keys. The businesses, leads, contact details, and any data you generate with the Products stay on your computer — they are not sent to or stored by us. We have no access to your lead lists or the data you collect.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — primarily GoDaddy Payments (payment processing) and Netlify (website hosting) — and only as needed to run the store. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your license key is verified on your own device when you activate a Product; it is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and no leads or personal data leave the app during activation.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (such as your purchase record and support emails). Email brian@pmvdigitalmarketing.com and we will respond. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
This website uses only the minimal cookies needed to function. The GoDaddy Payments checkout may use cookies necessary to process your order, governed by GoDaddy's privacy policy.
The Products and website are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
